CREATE YOUR OWN WIG is a service that allows you to create a wig completely tailored to you. These wigs are always handmade.

In-Stock wigs: Ready to ship 1-2 business days after purchase. 

Made to Order wigs: Have a processing time of up to 3 weeks but usually ship in 2 weeks.

Custom made wigs: Have a processing time of 3 weeks

Due to the nature of our products and to uphold proper sanitation regulations, Osei Hair Studio will not accept any returns after items have been shipped. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. 

Every wig comes with lace, bleached knots, hairline plucked, styled, and combs & bands added. 

Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners, avoid excessive heat, and store them properly when not in use. Please consult out hair care guide.
