Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. 

Osei Hair Studio is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchases a wig, please be sure to properly measure your head. 

All wigs are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wigs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

In-Stock wigs have a processing time of 2-5 days. DURING SALES, processing time is 10 days.

Made to Order wigs have a processing time of up 2 weeks.

"Create Your Own Wig" wigs have a processing time of up to 3 weeks.

Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day.

The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

All custom wig orders require the Wig Intake form to be completed before your order is processed. The form can be found at the top of the site.

Once the courier service has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
